Bullying is a word that has and does affect everyone. It doesn’t matter about your origin, background, color, religion, social status or even what’s in your bank account. A Bullies main goal is to suppress you into depression, defeat, despair and unfortunately bring your spirit and worth down so much so, until you suffocate and demise. But I say, you have power – when you’re being bullied you may not feel like you do because they’re job is to make you feel worthless and alone. Did you know that you have a super power? A power that a bully doesn’t expect you to use and that’s YOUR VOICE!
Don’t be afraid to use it. Your voice is the most powerful piece of equipment on your body, did you know that with your voice you can command your day? You have the ability to say what you want to happen and what you don’t want to happen. That day has to come under command by your voice – your thoughts also play a huge role in this as well, negative thought and a positive mouth piece is like water and oil – they just don’t mix well together. But when you bring both of them under your control? You can do powerful things my friend.
Also, whether it’s you or even a friend you may know – if you or they are being bullied; please don’t be silent about it – SILENCE IS A KILLER! SPEAK UP! about your situation, confide in a parent, a teacher, the principal – take it to the news if you have too, just don’t allow bullying or being bullied to keep you quiet and make you feel as though no one cares because guess what – someone does care, you are needed in this world; don’t allow someone to make you feel as though you’re not.
